Dear community, we've already seen the current Nginx internal server code 500 issue, and we're already working on a solution as quickly as possible. @Wplace and I have been coding non-stop for 24 hours to address all current issues. We addressed the session issue previously, along with minor changes that will help in the future, and we believe it will no longer occur. We migrated the server to higher capacity, and now, when we had a break from the session issue, the current server couldn't handle the number of requests during this peak period.
We've upgraded our servers four times, and even then, they couldn't handle the number of users we were experiencing. We apologize again for the inconvenience, and we're currently migrating to an environment with even more capacity. Unfortunately, this isn't a quick process, but it will be resolved soon.
We will migrate to a multi-server architecture soon, but it's not currently possible because we need to implement changes to our code. We don't plan to keep you waiting any longer. We will now migrate to another provider with greater capacity to gain the breathing room to migrate to a more scalable solution.
